DOS:
Get into Nordic food. Fish, berries, oats, root vegetables, fruit.
Stock up with fermented foods such as live yogurt, kefir or filmjolk for natural microbes.
Drink a lot of water.
Get rid of processed foods.
DON'TS:
Don't eat below your calorie goal.
Don't forget to track calories from drinks.
